• We will refund your deposit minus bank charges if you cancel 30 days or more prior to your stay.  
• If you cancel your reservation between 30 and 14 days before check-in, you will be charged 50% of the total price. No refund if cancelled within 13 days of check-in.
• Refund of any fees due to cancellations within 30 days of check-in are subject to Artisan Spa Views re-letting the property (conditions apply, including re-letting for similar guest numbers and duration).
• In the event of mandatory shut down or government restrictions on guest travel due to COVID-19, Artisan Spa Views will hold your deposit in good faith for you to rebook at a later date. If circumstances do not permit you to rebook, Artisan Spa Views will refund you in full, minus $100 cancellation fee.
