There are two separate beds, a king size box spring bed (180x200cm) in the bedroom and another double bed (160x200cm) in the Kitchen/living area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a proper meal and enjoy it with your family and friends. From oven, stove top, dish washer, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, Dolce gusto coffee machine to pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, kitchen utensils and a comfortable dining area.

Welcome to Kaiser Apartments in the heart of Scheffau am Wilden Kaiser, one of the most beautiful ski resort of Tirol. This is the perfect location for your holiday with your family, friends or even business partners, in the center of the village, close to everything, from restaurants, bars, shops to gondola station (3 mins away by car). 

We offer 4 comfortable apartments and can accommodate up to 20 guests. Each apartment with Wifi connection, smart TV and fully equipped kitchen. Our guests can park for free in front of the house, no reservation needed. A ski storage room is also available in house. 

There are four separate apartments, two of them for up to 4 guests and two for up to 6 guests. The apartments vary in size, from 60 to 125 square meters. We provide bed sheets and towels. 
GENERAL POLICY:
Self check-in system available.

A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The deposit will be charged 48 hrs before check-in. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 5 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

The city of Scheffau am Wilden Kaiser requires us to collect a fee of €2,5/night from every guests over 15 years old. Persons aged 15 or under at the end of the calendar year are exempt from the tourist tax. The tax is not included in the room rate and is to be paid during the pre check-in procedure.

Not suitable for pets.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel after reservation, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total price. If you don't show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee.
PREPAYMENT: 50% of the total price of the reservation is charged at the time of booking. The rest of the payment is due 48 hours before check-in time.
