Important House Rules and Local Regulations
-The Guest Admin, Mgt Fee, or rental rate includes $1,500 of Accidental Damage Protection. Guest agrees to pay for all damage and missing items not otherwise paid for by Accidental Damage Coverage, security deposit, or other form of payment.
-Your booking source payment and cancellation terms prevail. $150 Cancellation Fee plus non-refundable third-party charges.
-Check-in 4 pm, Check-out 10 am
-Dog allowed. 2 hypoallergenic dogs and up to 20 lbs. Fee and addendum signing required.
-No Smoking.
-Maximum Occupancy cannot be exceeded.
-Minimum age 25 years old. Primary guests must be present at check-in and during the entirety of the reservation. We reserve the right to verify and check ID's.
-Our County or City may regulate short-term vacation rentals and guests must adhere to restrictions that include maximum occupancy, noise, off-site parking, vehicle ID display, trash disposal, and environmental compliance. Violation by guests will result in fines and penalties to a primary guest representative.
-Upon booking deposit or payment, all Guests agree to (i) PMI Destin-30A (Host) Vacation Rental Agreement terms and conditions, (ii) complete the Host's pre-check-in, and (iii) digitally sign the Host's rental agreement.
PMI Direct bookings (Only)
-All bookings 30 days or more in advance of Check-in are 100% refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of booking.
-Bookings 30+ days prior to check-in: Advance Deposit will be authorized upon booking and then charged to your card 2 days after booking; balance due will be charged 30 days prior to check-in.
-Bookings 30 days or less from check-in: 100% will be charged with booking.
