You will arrive within minutes of crossing the Mid-Bay Bridge. Newer community is located in Destin's Crystal Beach about 2.5 blocks from the Gulf of Mexico with a beautiful resort-style community pool and private green space. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath 2-story townhome is perfectly tucked away offering a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. It is the perfect getaway for friends and family!
Stylishly decorated with variegated wood-style floors and soft coastal gray walls, your home perfectly captures the ambiance of the Emerald Coast. The first floor has two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub/shower. The first guest bedroom features a new (Fall 2023) comfortable King Bed with a Hybrid 14" Mattress; also HDTV and access to the rear patio. The second guest bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a desk/workspace and access to the rear patio; a twin memory foam rollaway is also available. We've added a TV and kid's games for more fun. This floor also has a full bath the guest rooms share and laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

The second floor of this lovely townhome features a spacious living area, kitchen, ½ bathroom, and primary king bedroom (new LVP flooring Fall 2023) with a huge walk-in closet. The living space is beautifully decorated in neutral coastal tones with a splash of color inspired by the gulf, making you feel like you have arrived at the beach! Shiplap walls added  Fall 2023 take the living space up another level. Open the living room doors to the spacious balcony overlooking the pool for a cozy place to relax and enjoy morning coffee or a sunset cocktail.

There is plenty of soft, comfortable seating for everyone to kick back while watching HDTV and sharing time together. The living room flows into the fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need to whip up your favorite feast. Just down the hall, you will find the large master suite featuring a plush king bed, spacious walk-in closet, and full private bathroom with dual vanity. This level also includes a powder bath down the hall.

|Mealtime|
Fully equipped kitchen. Furnished with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, 4-burner cooktop, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, convection toaster oven, drip (5 and 14 cups) and Keurig coffee makers, blender, hand mixer, and all the kitchen/cooking tools, dishware, plasticware, and utensils you will need. 4 chair back stools line the kitchen counter with a dining table for 6 adjacent.

|Beach & Play Time|
In the living room, you’ll find numerous family and adult games and a library of novels to fill any downtime. The garage is stocked with beach and play gear including a beach wagon, beach chairs (4), folding armchairs (2), beach tent, snorkel set, skim board, boogie boards (2), cornhole, noodles, bocce ball, football/soccer balls, and beach toys.

Golf cart makes beach access very quick and can be used throughout Crystal Beach. Please reserve a golf cart prior to arrival with a cart rental company (our preferred vendor offers a discount) so it is delivered and waiting for you. Golf carts and bikes can be difficult to obtain last minute during busy seasons.

Crystal Beach in Destin, Florida is one of south Okaloosa County's distinct beach neighborhoods known for its proximity to the Gulf of Mexico’s clear emerald water and soft white sand beaches. Beyond the beach, you will be within walking distance of the best dining, shopping, and entertainment the area has to offer! Located just a short walk to Destin Commons, which has 85+ shops, AMC 14-plex IMAX movie theater, restaurants, bowling, and much more! Here are a few nearby favorites.

• The Shoppes at Paradise Isle is a two-minute walk to pick up last-minute supplies, hit the salon, or even get a massage!

• Enjoy the day, and free, at one of the panhandle’s largest water parks, Big Kahunas, just 1.5 miles away!

• Camille's Crystal Beach Café for espresso in the morning and fabulous fare for breakfast to Happy Hour. After 5 pm head to Camille's upstairs for the best Seafood and Sushi in town. Full bar.

• Just east 2.5 miles on Scenic Gulf Drive is Dolphin Reef, an amazing snorkeling reef about 685 feet off the beach at the Miramar Beach Public Access. This reef is home to a multitude of sea life. Be safe and snorkel with an experienced buddy and us a kayak, paddleboard, or similar means of floatation.
