Cancellation Policy (EN)

Cancellations are refundable as follows, based on the retreat check-in date:

30+ days before check-in: 100% refund of the retreat fee.

29–16 days before check-in: 50% refund of the retreat fee.

15 days or fewer before check-in: Non-refundable.

Transfers: You may transfer your booking to another guest with prior written approval up to 14 days before check-in. Refunds follow the policy above, and any financial arrangement between you and the replacement guest remains your responsibility.

Organizer cancellation: If the retreat is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of the retreat fee. Travel costs (flights, transfers, insurance, etc.) are not covered.

No-shows / early departure: Non-refundable.

Política de Cancelación (ES)

Las cancelaciones son reembolsables según la fecha de check-in del retiro:

30 días o más antes del check-in: Reembolso del 100% de la tarifa del retiro.

Entre 29 y 16 días antes del check-in: Reembolso del 50% de la tarifa del retiro.

15 días o menos antes del check-in: No reembolsable.

Transferencias: Puedes transferir tu reserva a otro huésped con aprobación previa por escrito hasta 14 días antes del check-in. Los reembolsos se aplican según la política anterior, y cualquier acuerdo financiero entre tú y el huésped sustituto es tu responsabilidad.

Cancelación por parte de la organización: Si el retiro se cancela por circunstancias imprevistas, recibirá un reembolso total de la tarifa del retiro. Los costos de viaje (vuelos, traslados, seguros, etc.) no están cubiertos.

No presentación / salida anticipada: No reembolsable.

General Policy (EN)

By booking your stay at Villa Lomamar for the Awaken & Remember: An Ocean of Light retreat, you agree to the following:

Payments & confirmation: Full payment is required to secure your space. Unpaid or partially paid bookings are not held.

Travel: Guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements to/from Villa Lomamar unless otherwise agreed.

Participation & well-being: Participation in all activities is voluntary. You agree to honor your limits and are responsible for your own well-being. The retreat does not replace medical or psychological care.

Assumption of risk & liability: You acknowledge inherent risks associated with activities (e.g., gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, nature time/horse riding if chosen) and release the host, facilitators, venue staff, and service partners from liability for injury, illness, loss, or damages arising during or after the retreat.

Property respect: Please respect the property, staff, and fellow participants. No smoking indoors. Quiet enjoyment and respectful sound levels are required at all times. You are responsible for any damage you cause.

Optional services: Massages, private sessions, or excursions may involve additional costs and are subject to availability.

Check-in/out: Times will be confirmed in your booking confirmation.

Cancellations: All bookings are subject to the Cancellation Policy stated on this page.

Agreement: By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the General Policy, House Rules, and Client Agreement & Disclosure.

Al reservar su estancia en Villa Lomamar para el retiro Awaken & Remember: An Ocean of Light, usted acepta lo siguiente:

Pagos y confirmación: Se requiere el pago total para asegurar su lugar. No se mantendrán reservas no pagadas o parcialmente pagadas.

Viaje: Los huéspedes son responsables de sus arreglos de viaje hacia/desde Villa Lomamar, salvo acuerdo en contrario.

Participación y bienestar: La participación en todas las actividades es voluntaria. Usted se compromete a respetar sus límites y es responsable de su propio bienestar. El retiro no sustituye atención médica o psicológica.

Asunción de riesgos y responsabilidad: Usted reconoce los riesgos inherentes de las actividades (p. ej., movimiento suave, respiración consciente, meditación, sanación sonora, tiempo en la naturaleza / cabalgata si la elige) y libera a la anfitriona, facilitadores, personal del lugar y proveedores asociados de responsabilidad por lesiones, enfermedades, pérdidas o daños durante o después del retiro.

Respeto a la propiedad: Respete la propiedad, al personal y a los demás participantes. No se permite fumar en interiores. Se requiere mantener niveles de sonido respetuosos. Usted es responsable de cualquier daño que cause.

Servicios opcionales: Masajes, sesiones privadas o excursiones pueden tener costos adicionales y están sujetos a disponibilidad.

Check-in/out: Los horarios se confirmarán en su confirmación de reserva.

Cancelaciones: Todas las reservas se rigen por la Política de Cancelación indicada en esta página.

Acuerdo: Al reservar, usted reconoce que ha leído y acepta la Política General, las Reglas de la Casa y el Acuerdo & Divulgación del Cliente.
