Chef-prepared meals: During An Ocean of Light Retreat, all meals are thoughtfully prepared and included in your package — nourishing your body and energy as you realign and awaken.
(Please note: one dinner is intentionally not included to give you time to explore the local town, enjoy its restaurants, and experience the Dominican culture at your own pace.)
Daily activities: guided beach time, visits to town, horseback riding
In-country ground transport for retreat activities and for group transfers within the official arrival/departure windows.

*Guests arriving at Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) on the official retreat start date will be picked up directly from the airport.

*Guests who are already in Santo Domingo prior to that day will be picked up from a designated meeting location,

which will be shared once all travel details are received.

*No transportation is provided for guests staying outside of Santo Domingo or arriving from other locations in the country.

Not included: airfare, travel insurance, personal purchases, optional add-ons (e.g., massages/extra excursions).

Villa Lomamar – Oceanview Luxury Property

Wake up every morning to breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains. Villa Lomamar is a private sanctuary designed for relaxation, connection, and joy. With six spacious suites, each featuring air conditioning, private bathrooms, refrigerators, and fast WiFi (150 Mbps), comfort is guaranteed.

Gather with friends and family around the infinity pool, enjoy outdoor dining in the shaded pavilion, or simply relax to the sound of tropical birds.

For retreat guests, daily meals are freshly prepared and included as part of the full experience.

Guest Experience

Guests have full access to the villa. On-site caretakers live in separate quarters, ensuring privacy while being available if needed. Beaches are just 10 minutes away; the town is 15 minutes away.

Cancellation Policy (EN)

Cancellations are refundable as follows, based on the retreat check-in date:

30+ days before check-in: 100% refund of the retreat fee.

29–16 days before check-in: 50% refund of the retreat fee.

15 days or fewer before check-in: Non-refundable.

Transfers: You may transfer your booking to another guest with prior written approval up to 14 days before check-in. Refunds follow the policy above, and any financial arrangement between you and the replacement guest remains your responsibility.

Organizer cancellation: If the retreat is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of the retreat fee. Travel costs (flights, transfers, insurance, etc.) are not covered.

No-shows / early departure: Non-refundable.

By booking your stay at Villa Lomamar for the Awaken & Remember: An Ocean of Light retreat, you agree to the following:

Payments & confirmation: Full payment is required to secure your space. Unpaid or partially paid bookings are not held.

Travel: Guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements to/from Villa Lomamar unless otherwise agreed.

Participation & well-being: Participation in all activities is voluntary. You agree to honor your limits and are responsible for your own well-being. The retreat does not replace medical or psychological care.

Assumption of risk & liability: You acknowledge inherent risks associated with activities (e.g., gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, nature time/horse riding if chosen) and release the host, facilitators, venue staff, and service partners from liability for injury, illness, loss, or damages arising during or after the retreat.

Property respect: Please respect the property, staff, and fellow participants. No smoking indoors. Quiet enjoyment and respectful sound levels are required at all times. You are responsible for any damage you cause.

Optional services: Massages, private sessions, or excursions may involve additional costs and are subject to availability.

Check-in/out: Times will be confirmed in your booking confirmation.

Cancellations: All bookings are subject to the Cancellation Policy stated on this page.

Agreement: By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the General Policy, House Rules, and Client Agreement & Disclosure.
