Welcome to "The Jewel View Cottages” Units 1 to 4!

Each unit is a one-floor design with a King Master bedroom and Full bath tastefully furnished and suitable for families, groups of friends, or couples. Accommodates up to four, with the living area turned into a comfortable Queen sofa bed. Each unit provides a fully equipped kitchen, granite countertop with an eating bar for four bar stools, streaming large screen TV, two outdoor front porch chairs, and a table are all included for the Guest's enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed where you can retire after a fun-filled day and dream about the great fun you had that day. The units are also guest-friendly as the pull-out couch offers sleeping for two. Each unit has both heating and cooling. The communal area provides barbecues and a large gas fire pit in the central courtyard, as well as common coin-operated laundry machines that all guests are welcome to use. It is Located on the lower level of the building. The laundry area has an electronic lock and is open 24/7. Additionally, units one and two, three and four, and five and six offer common lockable doors between each unit. Parking is provided.

Units 1, 2, 3, and 4 do not allow pet/s.

A World-Class Pickleball Center in Beautiful Montana, 4 Indoor Courts and 6 Outdoor Courts, Member Lounge, Showers and Changing Rooms, and a State-of-the-Art Golf Simulator and home to The Third Shot Bar! The Cottages are also close to the scenic Flathead River that empties into Flathead Lake just west of the venue space.

The community of Bigfork, which hosts the Whitewater Festival, Bigfork Summer Playhouse, Festival of Arts, and holiday sleigh rides, is only a short drive or bike ride from the vacation homes. Bigfork is home to numerous renowned art galleries, adorable boutiques, and award-winning restaurants serving a wide range of delectable foods.

The Flathead Valley is renowned for its top-notch skiing and extensive selection of winter sports during the winter. In the region, there are two ski areas: the popular Whitefish Mountain Resort and the welcoming Blacktail Mountain Ski Area. The readers of Ski Magazine have ranked Whitefish Mountain Resort third in the West! Ice fishing on Flathead Lake, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing in Glacier National Park, and snowmobiling with one of the local outfitters are other activities that visitors to the region can take part in.

A mile away is Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi in the lower 48 states, and offers a variety of water sports during the summer at Flathead Lake. Welcome to "The Jewel Basin Center" and Pickleball Club
The desire to build "The Jewel" stemmed from a passion for the Bigfork Village neighborhood in the Northwest. The Swan River, which has the final mile of its course known as "The Wild Mile" and flows into Bigfork from the stunning Mission Mountains to the south, empties into the little community of Bigfork Bay. The mighty Flathead River, which empties into Flathead Lake just west of the venue site, surrounds The Jewel as well. The venue offers the open-air Montana experience in "The Last Best Place" the Jewel Basin is surrounded by gorgeous pastureland.

PLEASE READ, Essential information regarding Glacier National Park and your Booking:
1. 2024 - Glacier National Park made recent changes to their access to the scenic Going to the Sun Road located inside Glacier National Park. This year will be the fourth year with a new vehicle reservation ticketing system that is required to access the Scenic Going to the Sun Road from May 24th- September 8th for 2024. Reservation tickets are required to access every entrance inside the park.

2. East Glacier Entrance via St. Mary's and Two Medicine Lake area will not require a reservation ticket.

3. PRIOR TO FINALIZING YOUR BOOKING: Please see the Glacier National Park webpage for updates regarding 2024 ticketing and access. NO BOOKINGS WILL BE REFUNDED BASED ON THE NON-AVAILABILITY OF GLACIER PARK TICKETING

4. Should you not get a vehicle reservation ticket: You can still access park entrances before gates open for the day (6:00am) and after they close for the day (3:00pm) without a ticket. You can also access the East side of the park entrance with no vehicle reservation ticket. You can also hike or bike through any entrance without a ticket.

5. Everyone is required to have a National Parks Pass to enter any entrance of the park. You can purchase these in advance or when you arrive at the park.

2. Upon cancellation, non-refundable fees are applied. Please refer to our Property Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions enclosed on the charge automation pre-check-in link upon completing the booking.

3. PMI Realty Management NW requires all bookings/reservations to include an $89 Damage Policy paid by the guest at the time of booking (included in the total booking price). This fee cannot be waived. Damage Protection provides travelers with the coverage they need in case of accidental damage during their stay.
3.1. PMI Realty Management NW offers trip insurance, we suggest that you purchase trip insurance. You may purchase this add-on upon completing the booking.

4. Upon booking a reservation, persons with disability-related needs for animals must request a waiver of policies prohibiting animals or fees/costs for animals and receive approval prior to bringing the animal to the site. Once approved, guests must comply with applicable laws and site rules applicable to animals. Please request the form when you make your reservation.

5. If you are traveling during the Winter season; we highly recommend having a 4x4 or AWD vehicle or snow tires as weather conditions can be unpredictable. Road conditions vary, it is advisable to check the MT Road Report.
