The Presidential is a romantic and luxurious Barndominium part of the Stable at Bear Mountain, offering two bedrooms and two master bathrooms. It's decorated with presidential memorabilia, alongside rustic cedar and pine, creating an inviting atmosphere in a spacious living, kitchen, and dining area.

- Bedroom 2: Equipped with two queen beds, a 50" flat screen TV, and another master bath with Jacuzzi hot tub for two and shower.
- Rates: The base rate is for one king bedroom accommodating 2 guests. Additional guests are $20 per person per night.

- The unit includes a private deck with seating for four,hottub, offering stunning mountain views and spectacular sunsets. It's the only unit with a private firepit located below the deck.

The Stable at Bear Mountain spans 3 acres on a mountaintop, providing ample parking space, including for trailers.
The facility totals 7,500 square feet, with The Presidential on one end, the owner's quarters on the opposite, and 4,000 square feet of storage in between, ensuring privacy.

There is a Trolley Stop available at the Chalet (The trolley stops at Oak Crest Cottages).
The house sits at 968 county road 206 (dirt road), one mile from us 62, in wolf ridge subdivision. The House sits on top of the mountain ridge and overlooks the white river. There is a 1 br cabin that is on the same property about a 100 yards away connected by a deck walkway, there is privacy for both units, neither has line of sight from windows or decks just in the driveway. Wolf ridge subdivision is a fairly private and low traffic rural neighborhood. If you're looking for peace and quiet, you've found it.
The whole house, driveway in front of the house and circular driveway in front of the house. There is a nightly rental cabin to the left of the house, the area in between the two is a neutral area that you may see each other coming and going. Please do not park in front of the cabin.
