Payment information and full payment for the reservation must be received within 24hrs of booking, or the reservation is subject to cancellation.

-Guests must complete a mandatory online pre-check-in process that includes providing photo ID displaying your name and address
-No Smoking/vaping inside buildings at any time. The Smoke-Free Ontario Act requires that smoking/vaping occur a minimum of 9m from doorways and windows. Guests found to have smoked in the suite will forfeit their security deposit.
- Pets are not permitted
- Full payment will be processed 4 weeks prior to arrival, or immediately is less than 4 weeks before arrival
-A $250 security deposit is required for all reservations, pre-authorized on a credit card
-The security deposit is intended to cover accidental damage. Deliberate, malicious, negligent, or criminal behaviour that results in damage to the property and/or it's contents are not covered by the damage deposits and any associated repair or replacement costs are the sole responsibility of the guest.
