Check-in requirements/ Deposit:The leader of a tour group can conveniently use the 24/7 online pre-check-in via our partner portal from Charge Automation, electronically complete the registration form according to § 29 ff. 2. Check-in and check-out times:Check-in is from 2 PM to 10 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM. 3. Number of guests/visitors:The number of guests, including short-term visitors, staying in our apartments must match the number of guests specified in the overnight agreement. Smoking:Smoking, including cannabis, and vaping are prohibited throughout the entire building, even with open windows and in the restrooms.prohibitedSmoking on the balcony is permitted only with closed doors and windows, and with consideration for other guests, between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. Cigarette butts must be completely removed and must not be disposed of with household waste. All apartments are equipped with cigarette smoke sensors that will report a violation if particulate matter levels exceed 60 micrograms per cubic meter of air and if VOC (TVOC and HCHO) CO and CO2 levels are simultaneously elevated. Use of cryptocurrency equipment will be assumed if electricity consumption exceeds 20 kW in a single day. 9. Noise pollution:If noise disturbances occur between 9 pm and 7 am for other residents, a contractual penalty of400 EuroThe charge is calculated for each reported incident, or via sensor measurement, by the responsible party.

10Publications:The publication of photos from inside the apartments on the internet or on social media is prohibited. Violators will be subject to a contractual penalty.100 Euro per published image.

11. Washing and drying:Washing and drying clothes in the apartment is only permitted in the designated laundry room in the basement. 12. Bicycles, scooters & strollers:The building has a lockable bicycle storage room in the basement and a bicycle rack in front of the building. The bicycle storage room can be booked additionally. A stroller can be stored in the basement. It must not block the entrance door or be taken into the apartment. Vehicles of any kind are not permitted in our stairwell from the first floor upwards or in the apartments. In case of violation, a penalty of €200 per vehicle will be charged.

13. Waste separation:Garbage or other waste (abandoned property) must be separated in 5 different ways. Failure to comply, resulting in manual waste separation by our cleaning staff, will incur a service charge depending on the number of nights stayed, as follows: 1-3 nights50 Euroand for all stays > 3 days100 EuroIf guests leave trash in front of the house, a contractual penalty will be charged.100 Euroraised.

14. DamageIf items or furnishings in our apartments are damaged and this is not reported to us before departure, an additional fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the damage.50 EuroA fee is charged per item. 15. Theft:If items are stolen from our apartments, this will be reported to the police as theft. The contractual penalty is...400 Euro.

16. Lost revenue:If an apartment has to be closed as a result of a violation of the house rules, a contractual penalty of200 EuroA fee is payable per night of required closure. If another guest has to be rebooked to different accommodation at an additional cost, a further contractual penalty of200 EuroA fee is payable per night of the required rebooking.

17. Reputational damage:If a negative review is caused by the misconduct of another guest, a contractual penalty of400 EuroThe guest who caused the damage is charged.

18. Increased cleaning effort:The cleaning effort is considered increased if the following standard cannot be met after the guest's departure: Guest stay up to 3 days: 2.5 hours, up to 5 days: 3.5 hours, from 10 days: 4 hours. The stated prices are contractual penalties and are not subject to VAT. These penalties are applied cumulatively to reflect the severity of the violation. Therefore, if several points of the house rules are violated simultaneously, the penalties will be added together.
