3-story home with 6 bedrooms, triple decks with lakefront access on Lake Blaine. The home offers a private dock, boat shore station & private launch. Come and ice fish or bring your speed boat during the summer months. There is a massive kitchen and dining area combination to accommodate the family. This home can host up to 14 people. Relax on the decks overlooking Lake Blaine enjoying refreshments with family and friends. At the end of the day, slip into the spa to watch the Montana night sky!
 
  • THE SPACE
It is in a premier location, lakefront, private boat dock and lift, private boat ramp with access to Lake Blaine, 15 minutes from Glacier National Park Airport, 25 minutes from Glacier National Park entrance, private hot tub, fantastic views from all three levels and much, much more. The location is ideal for vacationing in the Flathead Valley! Lake Blaine is a public lake but there is no public boat launch. This helps keep the boat volume to low levels in the summer months where other lakes like Whitefish and Flathead are very crowded. We also have an enclosed boat storage unit available. The boat dock and lift are on the shore below the house. The open area above the homes is our storage unit and trailer parking.

There is a front door access as well as a side door access with a keyless entry system installed.
 Please be advised, that the home is located in a rural area, so internet service might be slow.
 The front entrance and the side entrance have doorbell cameras. The exterior rear has a camera that is for the security of the stairs leading to the lake/boat dock.
 The property has a security alarm that is disabled by the host and not in use.
 
  • PLEASE READ, Essential information regarding Glacier National Park and your Booking:
1. 2024 - Glacier National Park made recent changes to their access to the scenic Going to the Sun Road located inside Glacier National Park. This year will be the fourth year with a new vehicle reservation ticketing system that is required to access the Scenic Going to the Sun Road from May 24th- September 8th for 2024. Reservation tickets are required to access every entrance inside the park.

2. East Glacier Entrance via St. Mary's and Two Medicine Lake area will not require a reservation ticket.

3. PRIOR TO FINALIZING YOUR BOOKING: Please see the Glacier National Park webpage for updates regarding 2024 ticketing and access. NO BOOKINGS WILL BE REFUNDED BASED ON THE NON-AVAILABILITY OF GLACIER PARK TICKETING

4. Should you not get a vehicle reservation ticket: You can still access park entrances before gates open for the day (6:00am) and after they close for the day (3:00pm) without a ticket. You can also access the East side of the park entrance with no vehicle reservation ticket. You can also hike or bike through any entrance without a ticket.

5. Everyone is required to have a National Parks Pass to enter any entrance of the park. You can purchase these in advance or when you arrive at the park.

In addition, the information we collect from our guests is only a part of the reservation's documentation and will not be disclosed to anyone.
    1.1 WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO COMPLETE THE CHARGE AUTOMATION PRE-ARRIVAL LINK SENT TO YOUR EMAIL UPON BOOKING, SO YOU CAN ACCESS OUR GUIDEBOOKS (access codes, house rules, check-in instructions, and other information that is related to your reservation).

2. Upon cancellation, non-refundable fees are applied. Please refer to our Property Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions enclosed on the charge automation pre-check-in link upon completing the booking.

3. PMI Realty Management NW requires all bookings/reservations to include an $89 Damage Policy paid by the guest at the time of booking (included in the total booking price). This fee cannot be waived. Damage Protection provides travelers with the coverage they need in case of accidental damage during their stay.
    3.1. PMI Realty Management NW offers trip insurance, we suggest that you purchase trip insurance. You may purchase this add-on upon completing the booking.

4. Upon booking a reservation, persons with disability-related needs for animals must request a waiver of policies prohibiting animals or fees/costs for animals and receive approval prior to bringing the animal to the site. Once approved, guests must comply with applicable laws and site rules applicable to animals. Please request the form when you make your reservation.

5. If you are traveling during the Winter season; we highly recommend having a 4x4 or AWD vehicle or snow tires as weather conditions can be unpredictable. Road conditions vary, it is advisable to check the MT Road Report.
