Non Refundable

- No shoes inside the house.

- No visitors or unauthorized guests at any time. ($75/person/day fee for unauthorized individuals).

- Check-In: 3:00 P.M. Early Check-In must be pre-approved and is $20/hour prior to 3:00 P.M.

- Check-Out: 10:00 A.M. Late Check-Out must be pre-approved and is $20/hour past 10:00 A.M.


- Unauthorized Late Check-Out Fees: $50 for the 1st hour, $100 for the 2nd hour. If incoming guest’s reservation is affected (cancelled and/or refund issued) due to unauthorized late check-out, guest will be responsible for all costs incurred in addition to the fees.

- No pets allowed on property -Damages and stained linens will be charge to the guest. Sheets $30, Cover $80, Towel $15ea. - Any problems or damages must be brought up at check in, late notification will not be accepted.

- NO SMOKING Including VAPES. If you choose to smoke, you will be charged a $280 Cleaning fee. Violation of house rules will result in cancellation of the reservation, no refunds will be provided.
