For Direct Bookings
Guests who choose not to purchase the optional Trip Insurance (available for direct reservations only) are bound by the following cancellation restrictions:
- Standard Rate - Full refund up to 14 days prior to arrival.
- Non-Refundable Rate - non-refundable after 4hrs from the time of booking.
- Ultra-Flexible Rate - Full refund up to 2 days prior to arrival.

Payment information and full payment for the reservation must be received within 24hrs of booking or the reservation is subject to cancellation.

-Guests must complete the Renter's Code of Conduct, as required by the Town of The Blue Mountains
-No Smoking/vaping inside buildings at any time. The Smoke-Free Ontario Act requires that smoking/vaping occur a minimum of 9m from doorways and windows. Guests found to have smoked in the suite will forfeit their security deposit.
- Pets are not permitted
- Full payment will be processed at the time of booking.
-A $500 security deposit is required for all reservations, pre-authorized on a credit card, or pre-authorized by the rental channel.
-The security deposit is intended to cover accidental damage. Deliberate, malicious, negligent, or criminal behaviour that results in damage to the property and/or it's contents are not covered by the damage deposits and any associated repair or replacement costs are the sole responsibility of the guest.
