Cancellation Policy; No Shows; Trip Protection. Rental payments are fully refundable for cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the date of arrival. Rental payments are refundable up to 50% of the total reservation for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival and more than 14 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be granted for no-shows or if you cancel within 14 days of the arrival date, arrive after the first night of your reservation, or depart before the last night of your reservation. Except as expressly provided in the Rental Agreement, no refunds or compensation will be given if the property is unavailable for any reason outside Jac’s Vacation Rentals control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, mechanical failures, acts of government agencies, or utility outages. Jac’s Vacation Rentals advises guests to obtain appropriate travel insurance.

SUMMARY RULES, REGULATIONS, VIOLATION FEES:
-Endless Summer Registration Fee $30. Please register and pay for your registration fee in advance at https://www.endlesssummercondo.com/register. Please print out your registration receipt as your temporary parking pass. You may also register onsite during normal office hours.
-$300 Refundable Security Deposit will be charged to the provided card. Renter is liable for any damage to the property above normal wear and tear and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy that results in costs higher than the authorized security deposit.
-No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on or in the premises, including balcony or deck. If a guest or anyone in their party violates the smoking policy the guest will be charged a fee of $1000 to cover the cost of deep cleaning services. This fee is in addition to any damage fees collected.
-$200 Technology Reset Fee will be charged to the card on file if renter is found to have tampered with, modified or reset any technology device in the property (wireless router, home mini, security devices, or other device). This fee is in addition to any damage fees collected.
- A deposit in the amount of 50% of all fees (Room, Cleaning) is required at time of booking and remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking is within the 30 day window 100% of fees are required at the time of booking.
-The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under 25 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The primary renter is responsible for making sure all guests abide by all rules and regulations of this agreement and any rules and regulations of the Endless Summer Owners Association.
-Primary renter agrees to provide a photo image of their valid government issued photo ID with name and address matching the primary renter on the booking prior to arrival.
-The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and/or children listed in the reservation. Names of all adult guests must be provided and listed on the rental contract.
-All guests shall abide by Jac's Vacation Rentals good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m daily.
-Pets are not permitted under any circumstances.
-No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
