Room Setup

Define general rules for the room which can not be undercut.

• A Minimum Stay you enter here can never be undercut. You can override this setting with a higher minimum stay for individual dates or date ranges in the CALENDAR
• Guests will never be able to book a longer period than the Maximum Stay set here. You have the option to set lower maximum stay for individual dates or date ranges in the CALENDAR
• The Minimum Price protects you from selling too cheap. If you accidentally create lower daily prices or rates the price entered here will override the daily price or rate. If you use this option set it to the lowest price you ever offer.
• If you do not want guests to check in on the same day a guest left you can use the Block Dates after Check-out setting to prevent this.

The defaults for all other settings are set to work in most cases. Always check the context help before making a change.

If you made changes click on the "Save" button to save your changes.

If you have more than one room type click on the icon to copy values to other rooms.
