Recipient for Auto Action Emails
You can set up messages for guest or for staff or other recipients.
- Go to the Messaging tab. 
 
- If you want to set up a message which will send guests set Send Message  to one of the "guest" options. 
 
- If you receive bookings from channels which use masked Email addresses instead of providing the guests real Email address choose "Guest API and Email Smart". 
 
- To sent this message to someone else than a guest set Send Message  to "Internal only" and enter the Internal Email Address you want to send to. 
 
- Optionally choose to add an Attachment. If you want to send another attachment than the ones you can choose upload it to your web space and add a link to it in your content.
  
 Always check the context help  before changing a setting.
 If you made changes click on the "Save" button to save your changes.
